These Terms govern your use of the Callwyn website and your participation in our early-access waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

Joining the waitlist expresses interest in Callwyn. It is not a purchase, a contract for service, or a guarantee of access, pricing, or availability. Details such as features and pricing shown on the site are preliminary and may change before launch.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Intellectual property

The Callwyn name, branding, and site content are owned by us and may not be copied or used without permission.

4. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the waitlist.
